Do I need to install anything?
No. Sifa opens in your browser on a phone, tablet or computer. You can also add it to your home screen for quick access.
Can I use Sifa when the internet goes down?
The sales flow supports offline use. Sales recorded on the device sync when the connection returns. Some account and reporting tasks still need a connection.
Will my workspace fit my kind of business?
Yes. The modules available to your business follow its business type. A restaurant sees order and kitchen tools; a pharmacy sees batch and medicine workflows; a shop sees its retail tools. Your plan controls capacity such as users and locations.
Can I run several branches or different businesses?
The Multi-Branch plan supports up to five locations under one business. You can also add separate businesses to one account and switch between them, with separate staff, stock and reports for each.
How does payment work after the free trial?
Your trial lasts seven days. After that, pay by M-Pesa, TigoPesa or Airtel Money and submit the payment reference in the app. The team verifies and activates your plan.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. You own the data you enter in Sifa and can request an export. If a subscription lapses, your records remain viewable during the 60-day read-only period.
